"Student verification was way easier than I expected"
I used thinkedu to verify my student status, i still remember opening it up thinking, “Here we go, this is going to be annoying.” But it was actually really quick and painless.
They just asked for the usual school details, and I uploaded what they needed. I was kind of bracing myself for extra emails or some random issue, but the approval came through faster than I expected.
Overall, I was genuinely relieved. The site was simple, the steps were clear, and I got the student pricing without that stressful back-and-forth I’ve had with other verification stuff before.

"Took a bit longer than I expected"
My order did arrive, but it took longer than I thought it would. The site made the processing time sound quick, so I was expecting it to move along faster, especially since I’d seen other people say their orders shipped without much delay.
It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a little frustrating waiting around for updates. Once it finally shipped, everything was fine, but I do think the fulfillment speed could be better.

"Activation code didn’t work"
I bought the software from thinkedu and the activation code kept coming up as invalid. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow and felt kind of careless, like nobody was really checking what went wrong with my order. After a few days of going back and forth with no fix, I gave up and bought it somewhere else. Maybe other people have better luck, but this was just a frustrating waste of time for me.

"I didn’t have a great experience with customer..."
I didn’t have a great experience with customer support, honestly. I sent a couple messages and the replies were slow and really brief, and they didn’t exactly answer what I was asking. It sort of felt like I was getting passed from one person to another without much actually being solved. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it was just kind of frustrating.
